It started out with competitive shore angling and then moved to kayak fishing for about 7 years, before making the transition to deep sea angling about 10 years ago.

I have been involved with competitive offshore angling for about 5 years now after being introduced to this by Justin Paynter.

My primary focus for competitive angling is gamefish.

I would like to see as much attention and effort being put into our junior and lady anglers as possible. We share a great love for the ocean and there is space for massive development and growth for these aspects of competitive angling.
